I've had some complaints that some people cannot play the avi files of the hail storm because of a missing codec in WMP.
The files require the Intel Indeo(R) V5 codec which can be installed from http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/download.asp?url=/2846/eng/codinstl.exe&ProductID=355
